Star Anise Infused Honey

Rich amber honey, pure honey, star anise.

Our 500g and 1000g comes in plastic bottles. Our 650g and 1250g comes in glass bottles.

Our star anise-infused raw honey is carefully crafted over six months to develop its distinctive flavour.

Fresh star anise is cut, thoroughly washed and gently dried before being added to our raw honey. The infusion is then left to develop naturally for six months, with the honey carefully stirred every two days to allow the star anise to fully infuse.

Once the six-month infusion is complete, the star anise is removed and the honey is finely sieved before being bottled.

A slow, patient process that allows the natural flavour and aroma of star anise to beautifully infuse every jar of raw honey.
