Infused Honey With Rosemary

Dark rich amber honey, pure honey, rosemary.

Our 500g and 1000g comes in plastic bottles. Our 650g and 1250g comes in glass bottles.

Our rosemary-infused raw honey is carefully crafted over six months to develop its distinctive flavour.

Fresh rosemary is cut, thoroughly washed and gently dried before being added to our raw honey. The infusion is then left to develop naturally for six months, with the honey carefully stirred every two days to allow the rosemary to fully infuse.

Once the six-month infusion is complete, the rosemary is removed and the honey is finely sieved before being bottled.

A slow, patient process that allows the natural flavour and aroma of rosemary to beautifully infuse every jar of raw honey.
