Infused Honey With Cardamon

Dark golden amber, pure honey, cardamom.

Our 500g and 1000g comes in plastic bottles. Our 650g and 1250g comes in glass bottles.

Our cardamom-infused raw honey is carefully crafted over six months to develop its distinctive flavour.

Fresh cardamom is cut, thoroughly washed and gently dried before being added to our raw honey. The infusion is then left to develop naturally for six months, with the honey carefully stirred every two days to allow the cardamom to fully infuse.

Once the six-month infusion is complete, the cardamom is removed and the honey is finely sieved before being bottled.

A slow, patient process that allows the natural flavour and aroma of cardamom to beautifully infuse every jar of raw honey.
